    Welcome to the easiest fitness blog on the net. The problem that I have encountered with most people is that they get easily intimidated with fitness; there’s just too much information out there, and some of it is really contradictory. Well, I intended to iron out all the problems you may encounter.

    Fitness encompasses both the mind and the body. Therefore, I intend to unravel both for my readers. The areas that I’ll focus on include:
